Support for CloudStack's K8s service through terraform is currently not there but it is a good value addition. Currently, there are no immediate plans for this in the roadmap. I've created an enhancement ticket here https://github.com/apache/cloudstack-terraform-provider/issues/13, if we can find any volunteers for future releases that will be great. These are created only for testing purposes with tag v0.4.0-pre.
