That's not possible now but a good new feature idea. As Daan mentioned, the 
quickest way would be to write a script and use cmk to create rules in a new 
ACL list, the option can be DB hack.

If changing the ACL list is not required then between networks you can explore

I think your best option is to process the exported acl list into a set of
cloudmonkey commands and process these in a script.
