Can't add host: 10.60.11.13 with hostOS: Ubuntu into a cluster,in which
there are CentOS hosts added.

You have to have another cluster, for Ubuntu
if you read the manual, it says hosts need to be of the same OS, CPU
architecture etc...
you can't even mix e.g. RHEL and CentOS in the same cluster.
