Hi Rohit, Thanks for bringing RC1. I am afraid that we will need an RC2. We are facing an issue that might be a blocker.
I've just opened the issue here: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/5071 In a nutshell, we are not able to create a network when using VXLAN due to a validation added in 4.15.0.0 that explicitly checks for "VLAN" at the broadcast URI.
