All - the repository has been merged with apache/cloudstack now (4.15 branch
and fwd-merged to master branch).

This introduces nodejs as a new build dependency and rpm/deb packaging has been
updated to bundle the UI in the cloudstack-management package (as with legacy
UI) and we've introduced a new cloudstack-ui package that just installs UI (at
/usr/share/cloudstack-ui/) for advanced users who may want to just install the
UI and serve it with nginx and custom configuration (such as a reverse proxy to
mgmt server/api [1]).

Thanks.
