Hi Hoang, You need to configure 2FA for your Github account and then link your Github with the apache org/repos using http://gitbox.apache.org<http://gitbox.apache.org/>
While you figure this out and learn with our merging guidelines (2xlgtm and tests), feel free to ping me and other active committers/PMC to help you with review, testing and merging of your PRs (avoid merging right away).
