   **Describe the bug**
   In addition to a domain being a required field while adding a user to an 
account, the default selection is not the domain the account we are adding a 
user to, is in. (forgive any misplacements of commas and periods)
   
   **To Reproduce**
   
   1. Log in as a Domain Admin
   1. Go to an existing account in a sub domain
   1. Click on "+ Add User"
   
   **Expected behavior**
   I expect the user will be added to the current account so no extra 
selections are required or at least defaults are correct.
