user can NOT specify/choose his own domain - so definitively, these 2 fields (account/domain) should be hidden I assume this form is to be used by domain/root admin maybe (creating VPN user for another account and not his own) ---------------------------------------------------------------- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
