Please describe.** Status panels below instance name in the instance view do not clearly distinguish between Enabled/disabled state. Red color-coding is not clear enough and may even be impossible to distinguish for people with impaired vision. **Describe the solution you'd like** "HA Enabled" should only be printed when HA is actually enabled. Instead, something like "High-availability disabled" should be printed, possibly accompanied by an icon. Similarly, "Dynamically scalable" should read "Not dynamically scalable" or similar when disabled. **Describe alternatives you've considered** N/A **Additional context** Screenshot of the current view, when both HA and scaling is disabled:  What I'd like to see:
