Hi Giles, Thank you for letting us to know about this. I have been in Sofia a couple of times long time ago when I was in Turkey working for UN. Yes, it is beautiful and I would have gone for this opportunity in heart beat if there was any other time.
We have been in process of building a multi-cloud infrastructure (CloudStack and others) here in our small data centre (150-200 servers). Our plan is to offer mini Public Cloud Solutions and Managed Services for scientists, academics and high performance computing clients for Vancouver Island 870K population. If that works out in a year, then we move to a larger data centre in centre of Canada Manitoba (very clod) with some financial offer/grant from the government and other enterprise companies.
