rhtyd opened a new issue #105: Dedicate Resource to an Account

   Add forms in zone, pod, cluster, host to:
   
   - Form to dedicate that zone/pod/cluster/hod to an account by selecting the 
domain and the account
   - List and display either tab or section in details to say whether the 
resource (zone/pod/cluster/host) is dedicated to an account/domain
   - If the resource is not dedicated show the dedicate button, otherwise show 
button to release the dedicated resource
   
   For example, in case of a pod:
