Good initiative, EL5 is long dead though it's still useful for initial tests 
and so on.
As long as people can still login with "password" at the console, I am fine 
with cloud-init & co in a CentOS 7 VM.

How about we go the extra mile and set up a "market place" for the main OS 
templates, like I do at openvm.eu, but under Apache Cloudstack(tm) auspice?
