Hello, DevTeam. I met the situation with Basic Zone and resource accounting which runs different in ACS 4.3 and 4.9.2.
Ok, first. I have in production ACS 4.3 with Basic Zone and real ip network 176.120.X.0/24, when I add secondary IP to a VM then account resource counter for public IP increments and it's good. Second, I have in demo ACS 4.9.2 with Basic Zone with guest network 192.168.2.0/24, when I add secondary IP to a VM, account resource counter for public IP doesn't increment and it's unexpected behaviour.
