@nemo9cby thank you for working to improve logging in CloudStack. It is an
vital function that has not received the love it should.
Please re-target this PR to the 4.9 branch rather than a tag. Also, you
have 125 commits from other branches pulled into this PR. Please rework the PR
to be one squashed commit with only the changes you have made for logging. the
first line of the commit message should be a start with the JIRA ticket ID and
contain a brief headline/summary of the changes. The subsequent lines should
contain a detailed explanation of the motivation of the changes.
