This library seems to be available under an attractive license and works
with Apache Open Office.
Does this look like something that we could adopt as a standard for
creating the images required in the docs, presentations or web site?
Is it complete? We can, of course, extend it.
http://www.lautman.net/mark/coo/index.html is also available but seems
to be less attractive.
