Regarding bubble, would it be possible to make a jenkins job that prebuilds
rpms? that would speed up the start a bit, since compiling cloudstack takes
quite a bit.

I might be able to look at such task, but wanted to check if anyone else
has done or are considering to do something similar.

testing out some bubbles now, might be able to help testing a week or so
from now.
