Hi, That's correct, ACPDoctor (CCPDoctor) is a proprietary tool developed for helping Accelerite customers with ongoing CloudPlatform support. It is maintained by Accelerite engineering and Support and released frequently with ongoing troubleshooting and tuning suggestions. It is also used to automatically upload logs to Accelerite.
