@wilderrodrigues as @koushik-das says, the diff for
engine/orchestration/src/org/apache/cloudstack/engine/orchestration/NetworkOrchestrator.java
does not show in github.
I will try to find time to review but I am not familiar enough with this
code so it will need to be a lot of time.
