CLOUDSTACK-9150: Remove docs/.tx/config
The config file docs/.tx/config has been replaced with
tools/transifex/.tx/config. It's not maintained or used so it must be removed.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/borisroman/cloudstack CLOUDSTACK-9150
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
