I copied vhd-util from /usr/bin/ on devcloud to scripts/vm/hypervisor/xenserver of cloudstack. Nothing changed.
Also I tried to setup with manuals https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/blob/master/tools/devcloud4/README.md https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/blob/master/tools/devcloud4/advanced/README.md That gives the same error.
