Ran 40 tests in 7009.763s
FAILED (errors=3)
these are the lb tests that have been failing constantly.
as for the load balance tests:

OK
haven't seen the loadbalancer test pass while the lb tests in the vpc suite
fail before.
Not sure what need s fixing. but trusting @snuf and @karuturi enough to
not give an LGTM as is
