I checked manually if the cached cmdline has the same link local IP as
defined in the interface after stop/start/reboot a SSVM/CPVM router. And it
does. So, that's fine.
But to make it better I will improve the current test_ssvm.py and add that
check. It will make the PR wait a bit longer, but not more than a few hours.
Please, I'm also waiting on your comments concerning the solution proposed
in my comment 2 hours ago. Thanks in advance.
