It's not only remote access VPN, also site-to-site VPN.
When testing, one need to build a cloud with a systemvm template generated
from this branch. Currently I have no easy way of doing that. Talked to
@pdion891 and he will look into creating a Jenkins job that can build one on a
given PR branch (parameter) on demand. Once it's there, I can test site-to-site
VPN.
Be aware that the Marvin test always passes (as long as the Java side
works) so we need to improve that to actually spin VMs and SSH in to verify.
