@resmo The changes LGTM.
About testing on XS, the following should work:
- Deploy a VM
- Destroy the VM outside of CS (for e.g. from XenCenter)
- In the next vm power sync cycle the missing VM message should appear on
the logs.
If you are familiar with the simulator, you can automate the scenario using
