Are you saying that 4.5.2 and 4.6.0 RCs can go in parallel? We have an upgrade issue here. As per the current upgrade path, 4.6 thinks that 4.5.2 is already done. Hence, if i4.5.2 is released later, 4.5.2 users will not be able to upgrade to 4.6 With current codebase, doing 4.5.2 and then 4.6.0 is easier. But, we will have the same problem when doing 4.5.3(if required). we can either 1. start with 4.6.0, rename all the current 452to460 to 451to460. When we do a 4.5.2, add upgrade paths 451to452, 452to460 2. do 4.5.2 first and then 4.6.0 and deal with 4.5.3 when it comes. version table on current master; +----+---------+- | id | version | +----+---------+- | 1 | 4.0.0 | | 2 | 4.1.0 | | 3 | 4.2.0 | | 4 | 4.2.1 | | 5 | 4.3.0 | | 6 | 4.4.0 | | 7 | 4.4.1 | | 8 | 4.4.2 | | 9 | 4.5.0 | | 10 | 4.5.1 | | 11 | 4.5.2 | | 12 | 4.6.0 | +----+---------+- ~Rajani > Regards, > Rohit Yadav > Software Architect, ShapeBlue > > > > > M. +91 88 262 30892 | rohit.ya...@shapeblue.com > Blog: bhaisaab.org | Twitter: @_bhaisaab > > > > > Find out more about ShapeBlue and our range of CloudStack related services > > IaaS Cloud Design & Build > <http://shapeblue.com/iaas-cloud-design-and-build//> > CSForge – rapid IaaS deployment framework <http://shapeblue.com/csforge/> > CloudStack Consulting <http://shapeblue.com/cloudstack-consultancy/> > CloudStack Software Engineering > <http://shapeblue.com/cloudstack-software-engineering/> > CloudStack Infrastructure Support > <http://shapeblue.com/cloudstack-infrastructure-support/> > CloudStack Bootcamp Training Courses > <http://shapeblue.com/cloudstack-training/> > > This email and any attachments to it may be confidential and are intended > solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed.
