CLOUDSTACK-8457: Add option to authorize SAML SSO for user when adding user
With SAML enabled, add user view shows option to authorize SAML SSO for a
user.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/apache/cloudstack saml-adduserfix
