This branch implements the CSV and native HA support for Hyper-V
For design related details refer to
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/iSCSI+and+HA+support+in+Hyper-V.
This is similar to VmWare in design and implementation.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
