Ah, didnt notice workarround was was related to first issue... As for the first issue, I dont experience it anymore (for whatever reason - I did no changes really on OS side, expcet upgading ACS from 4.3.0/1 to 4.3.2). Yes, I was just testing the breadcrumb stuff - and started this thread because of that - sorry if I was not clear on this...
