The KVM unit tests error was fixed on PR 255
Unexpected exception, expected<java.lang.NumberFormatException> but
was<java.lang.NullPointerException>
This PR looks good and I tested it against my KVM environment with
tests_account.py and test_vm_lifecycle.py
