It's not really about 'not good enough', but most shops have their own way
of doing things.

We use Netscaler to load balance cloudstack, others use F5, others use
HAProxy, some  use nginx and a bunch is probably using httpd.

I'm not saying that it's a bad idea to provide some default configs, but I
don't think any production clouds are going to use it, basically because
everyone has their own way of doing things.
Preferably in a separate package, otherwise you have to require httpd (or
whatever) to be installed, which easily becomes a PITA if you don't use
httpd.
