Thanks, Rohit! Yeah --I think that was a Foundation-issued announcement, which is where the confusion has cropped up. I apologize for any miscommunication from my side with regard to that. Any future announcement from the ASF side --e.g. for major milestone announcements-- would be coming from me, going on the newswire service, and including the ASF boilerplate. Warmest regards,Sally

I actually used a previous announcement as template to added the boilerplate, I’ll keep in mind to avoid adding the ASF boilerplate. > On 11-May-2015, at 6:06 pm, Sally Khudairi <s...@apache.org> wrote: > > Also, moving forward, a reminder that you don't need to include the ASF > Boilerplate ("About The Apache Software Foundation") in such releases, as > it's not an ASF (foundation) announcement, but rather an Apache CloudStack > (project) one. > > Cheers, > Sally > > > ________________________________ > From: Sally Khudairi <s...@apache.org> > To: Rohit Yadav <rohit.ya...@shapeblue.com>; > "market...@cloudstack.apache.org" <market...@cloudstack.apache.org> > Cc: dev <dev@cloudstack.apache.org> > Sent: Monday, 11 May 2015, 11:54 > Subject: Re: [DISCUSS] 4.5.1 announcement draft > > > > Thanks, Rohit. > > Sorry for the delayed response.
