@pdion891 do we need this? I think we need the file from
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/blob/master/client/tomcatconf/java.security.ciphers.in
same as environment.properties etc. Is there a better way to use this,
instead of keeping 4 copies of the same thing but simply use the one in
client/tomcatconf?
