@debfx I recently also saw there is quite a hack in the debian init script
for setting `JAVA_HOME`
(https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/blob/master/packaging/debian/init/cloud-management#L73).
I suggest to replace it with:

JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/default-java
~~~
