Is there any progress with CLOUDSTACK-4858 bug?

Hello guys, 

I was wondering if there are any plans to fix the CLOUDSTACK-4858, which has 
been reported back in October 2013 and despite having a Major Priority hasn't 
even been assigned to anyone as far as I can see?
