Hi all, We are using basic zone configuration in cloud infrastructure. We have VM deployed with Ubuntu OS. We are able to ping the VM IP (instance>VMName>NICs>IP address) from local desktop in the same network. However, we are not able to remote access(or ssh) the VM using remote desktop software even though we disable the firewall in both management server and host in hypervisor . We also added the ingress rules for TCP port 22 0.0.0.0/0 at the default security group.
