The management server is not starting on current master builds - apparently due to a DB error.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-7621 has been filed for this, CCing Pierre-Luc Dion as the author of some DB schema changes that are potential candidates for causing the problem... Alex
