Cleaning the README, INSTALL and CHANGES file

This is a simple PR to clean the README, INSTALL and CHANGES file.
The README.tools.md file was removed because it was totally obsolote.
The CHANGES file now contains list of bug fixes for 4.3.0, 4.3.1 and 4.4.0
in a nicely formatted table that is browsable on github.
The INSTALL gives basic instructions for building on CentOS 6.5
I added a cute logo to the main README because I love you guys :)
Fixed the pom.xml to take those changes into account.
