Use KVM (vmware fusion) and Xen (devcloud/vbox) using basic zone + SG

- systemvms came up
- cpvm worked
- ssvm, nfs worked
- vm was started alongwith virtual router
- cloudmonkey, sync etc worked
- was able to download iso, template, volume
- was able to add iso, template, volume
- was able to delete iso, template, volume
- snapshots worked
- vm life cycle worked: start, stop, reboot, destroy
- installation ubuntu OS using ISO, did some tests like running ssh, hosting 
web pages etc

Since I did this on a small laptop, I had to tweak the 
cluster.{cpu,memory}.allocated variables to 1.
