All, I initially reported this issue back on 4/10/14 and it was marked as fixed however I just installed a fresh install on 4.4.0 on centos and the problem remains. I updated the JIRA ticket with the details. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-6378
