Gabor, this looks like a feature defined at th 2nd of may (after feature freeze) It is purely javascript and I don't see any tests defined. Also it contains a lot of trailing spaces and other space showing up red in my git show display. You'll have to do more to convince me to cherry-pick it, I'm afraid.
