Yes, I had to include the additional JAR files from there to get noredist to build with VMware support. I used the link in the Wiki: http://zooi.widodh.nl/cloudstack/build-dep/cloud-manageontap.jar
I got my CloudStack running and ran into this issue: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-4943 Which is the vSwitch labels getting mangled by the Wizard.
