Tejas, Did you add the network label names in Cloudstack ? You need to specify the network label name in Cloudstack that are configured in XenServer. I'm suspecting that the current issue is that CloudStack cannot map the Storage Network from is config in XenServer so xenserver cannot reach the secondary storage.
I've add an attachment on where to look at in Cloudstack.
