Hi Daan, There are the three listed that I can de-select/select however no combinations allow me to finish or proceed. I don't remember having these issue when I set it up under Windows (under your tutelage I believe!).
I didn't know you can disable elements, I will take a look at how this is done. It's certainly easier to develop under Ubuntu.
