I added another commit: d4fdc184fe9c6717d2ed4e4fe4c39d9759a90608, which will fix a race condition during security group programming. It's sort of a timing issue, the behavior will look like this: 1. add a security group rule, but the rule is not send to hypervisor 2. add a new rule, only the 1st rule added in the above step is send to hypervisor host, 3. and so on, the rules in hypervisor host is always lagging behind the rules in DB.
