Hi Paul, I looks like the code to download the NuGet packages did not get triggered.
The code to download is in NuGet.targets (see https://github.com/lafferty/cshv3/blob/master/plugins/hypervisors/hyperv/DotNet/ServerResource/.nuget/NuGet.targets) It is supposed to use a conditional 'BuildWithMono' as a special conditional, which is inserted by buildagent.sh (see https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/blob/master/plugins/hypervisors/hyperv/buildagent.sh) One possibility is that the wget for NuGet.exe failed. Can you check that this .exe has been downloaded?
