Hey, I've come across a few people trying to upgrade from 4.0.x to 4.2 having problems.
It's not an upgrade that's mentioned in the release notes and the ../setup/db directory contains sql scripts to update the db from 4.0 to 4.1 and 4.1 to 4.2 - so I guess it has to be a two-step upgrade?
