Hi Rajesh, Last test of the Hyper-V system vm image was probably August 20th, 2013, when I downloaded the Hyper-V system VM template that I currently use. That image worked fine.
With that in mind, could you file a defect? I can take a look if you provide a mechanism for me to download the build output.
