There's a tag that is applied to you XenServer.  AFAIK, the tag tells the 
management server not to download systemvm.iso

Also, be careful not to overwrite the vhd-utils on a XenServer version 6.x and 
beyond.  The vhd-util mentioned on the build from master page does not work 
with new versions of XenServer.  It should be updated soon.
