RHEL6 specific; risk for database corruption if MGR is shutdown via anything that changes runlevel resulting in use of cloudstack-management, cloudstack-usage stop() targets (e.g., /sbin/shutdown, "telinit 1", ACPID initiated poweroff, etc).
