Hello Pearl, I did try everything even restarting the management server, it does not work any text from here /usr/share/cloudstack-management/webapp/locales/en.json, it is ot reflected on the web site, even after clearing cache.
Also I was trying to modify the Link to github on the same page. Seems like there is no way to do that.
